After being in the industry for 4 years, Emilien Jaury founded is own studio in 2019 in Lausanne Switzerland. The studio likes challenging everyday objects, especially rethinking the way we interact with them by creating new experiences, making them surprising, emotional and practical. He seeks to revisit craft techniques, interpreting them in a contemporary context. The studio's work provides product design, lighting design and material research. In 2020, Emilien Jaury received a grant for his project Cane Lighting from the Ikea Swiss Foundation.
